The Balancing Act
Forthcoming: a page to discuss the concepts of balancing and center of gravity.
Currently, the only thing I have prepared is a document
with essentially pictures. These are pictures of rather odd objects I
made that hopefully might make the kids a bit more interested in
hearing about the idea of center of gravity and why they balance and
don't just fall.Maybe they can try their hand at making some of the simpler balancing acts.
