Education Required:

BS in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Math, Management
Information Systems or related field.

Experience Required (1-3 years):

-Web design, Java development for web based applications (JSP, JSF)
-2 and 3 tier web application architecture experience (service oriented
 Architecture experience a strong plus
-Modeling (using UML), test-driven development
-Programming tools or languages, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, AJAX
-. net experience, C#, VB.NET, a plus
-ArcIMS, ArcGIS server, ArcObjects development a plus

Works within a team of programmers developing desktop, client-server and
 web-enabled applications and portals.

Participates in joint application design sessions and requirements gathering
 projects with clients.
