Up to 12 fellowships will be awarded to interested and qualified students.
Fellowships provide a stipend of $4000, tuition for the course, travel
reimbursement and
living expenses.

Eligibility Requirement: U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident currently
registered
in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
