Full-Time and Co-op Software Developer Positions

IKS is the North American leader in providing equipment reliability
software to the Nuclear Power Industry.

Located in Chadds Ford, PA, IKS provides employees the opportunity to
gain web-based software development experience utilizing cutting-edge
technologies to develop software products for some of the most
exciting customers in the country.  Out Customer base includes:

 *  Over 60% of the Nuclear Power Plants in North America

Position Responsibilities Include:

 *  Developing Microsoft ASP.net (1.1,2.0)/C# Web Applications.
 *  Developing/creating database objects and procedures (SQL
    Server/Oracle).
 *  Designing Crystal Reports.
 *  Analyzing customer business processes.
 *  Supporting existing systems (ASP/ASP.net).

Job Description: 

The software developer position works on a 3-4 person team reporting
 to a team leader. 

Developers are given the opportunity to work on all stages of a
project including:

 *  Developing Business Requirements
 *  Design
 *  Configuration
 *  Report Development
 *  System Integration
 *  Product Implementation
 *  Training Support

Developers will gain the following knowledge/skills:

 *  In-Depth Knowledge of IKS Coding Standards and Development
    Framework
 *  Technologies, Version Control, Internally developed controls, GUI
    Standards, etc.
 *  Continuous Technical Skill Development
 *  Awareness of Technical Software Trends and Best Practices
 *  General Knowledge of the entire IKS Product Offering
 *  In-Depth Process and Technical Knowledge of specific IKS Product
 *  In-Depth Knowledge of IKS Software Quality Assurance Program
 *  Product Documentation Development
 *  Provide Feedback/Input to Team Leader/Director to Improve IKS
    policies and standards

Preferred Skills:

*  C#, ASP.net/ASP, P/L SQL, T-SQL, VB, HTML, VBScript, Javascript,
Crystal Reports, XML, MS Access, CSS

*  Relational Database Design (SQL Server 2000/2005, Oracle/9i/10g)

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Technology,
MIS, BS in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or
BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Position Type:  Full Time and Co-op

Full-Time Salary:  $30,000 to $55,000

Co-Op Salary - $14.50/hour

Relevant Work Experience:  0 + to 2 Years

Position Availability Date:  Immediate

Full Time Benefits include: 100% company paid health insurance, 401K
with company match, year-end bonus program, paid vacation after 6
months of employment
