Clarence says, "Like us, Cuthbert, those three people all live in
Calculation Crescent, and their house numbers add up to twice your house
number.   Multiplied together their three house numbers make 1260. 

Cuthbert replies, "That's not enough information for me to determine what 
their three house numbers are." 

Clarence replies, "True, but it would be if I also told you my house 
number, and that my house number is greater than any of yours." 

Calculation Crescent has houses numbered from 2 to 222.
