Coffee Drinkers Brain Teaser

Two people each have a fresh cup of hot coffee, and a container of
cold milk in the refrigerator.

Person 1 puts the milk in the coffee immediately, and waits 5 minutes.

Person 2 waits 5 minutes, and then takes the milk out of the frig and
puts the milk in the coffee.

Is either cup of coffee hotter than the other?
