By Air:

By Car:


From the north: I-95 south to Delaware Exit 1-B; Route 896 north (go north on South College Avenue--do not make left turn at intersection of Route 896 and Route 4). Continue north past Delaware stadium and field house to campus. Turn left into Visitor Parking Lot #41. For GPS, Google Earth, etc. this Visitor Parking Lot is at Latitude N 39deg 40' 42.8", Longitude W 75deg 45' 13.7".

From the south: I-95 north to Maryland Exit 109B; take this exit for Route 279 north. Continue on Routes 279 and 2 which becomes Elkton Road leading into Newark. Turn right on Amstel Avenue and then make a right (= go South) onto South College Avenue. Turn right into Visitor Parking Lot #41.

From Lot #41 walk North on South College to the intersection of S. College and Amstel. Smith Hall is on the North-West corner of S. College and Amstel, its street address is 18 Amstel Avenue (e.g., for MapQuest search), and CIS is in Room 103 of Smith Hall.

By Train:


Full AMTRAK service (+1-800-872-7245) is available to Wilmington (twenty minutes from the University's campus) from as far south as Florida and as far north as Massachusetts. Transportation by bus or taxi is available at the Wilmington Station. Limited train service to Newark is available.




By Bus:
