Usage Directions
Note There is an inherent relationship between the number of elements returned and the max number of edges that affects readability. That is, the lower the exploration threshold, typically the lower the max edges will need to be to preserve readability. If Dora is taking too long to run, consider giving eclipse access to more memory. When executing eclipse, pass the argument: '-vmargs -Xmx512M' and change 512 to 1024 if you have 2GB of RAM, or 2048 if you have 3GB, etc. If you are having trouble getting dot to display the relevant window inside Eclipse, you can still view the output by running dot manually on $workspace/.metadata/.plugins/Dora/rw.dot.
Dora is still under active research and development. Please let us know how you are using Dora and how you like it by e-mailing |
