Office hours This is meant to provide an opportunity, not a limitation. I make a point to be in during these hours, I do not exclude meeting with you at other times. If you want to talk to me about any matter, I want to accomodate that. Drop in visits and appointments at other times are also welcomed.

During 95.56% of my office hours I am in the office. That absurdly precise percentage is 43/45, based on the assumption that I'll have 2 last minute cancellations this semester. Occasionaly an unexpected event calls me away during office hours. When this happens I give as much advanced notice as I can. During an office hour, if I'm not in when you arrive and there is no notice, it is likely due to a 5 minute errand.

Appointments Appointments can be made by phone, 831-6238, or email, saunders@udel.edu. When proposing a meeting by email, please get the ball rolling by suggesting a time convenient for you. If I can't make that time, I'll respond with another suggestion or two, You'll respond. I'll respond... My email response time generally ranges between immediate and 48 hours. Phone me if that won't do.

Drop-in visits With rare exceptions, when I am in the office I am happy to take a break from what I am doing to talk with you. During the hours of 9-5 M-F, I am probably in the office more than 50% of the time and less than 80% of the time. Don't hesitate to call in advance to see if I'm in and save yourself a trip in case I'm not.
